Exchange And Cancellation Policy

We want you to love what you wear. Please read our exchange and cancellation terms clearly:

1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective items
  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions for exchange:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  • Customer must share an unboxing video in case of damage/defect

Not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale items / discounted products
  • Customized or altered products
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

Once approved, we will:

  • Pick up the product
  • Issue a replacement or store credit (valid for 3 months)

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds (if eligible) will be issued as store credit only

3. Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds except in cases where we cannot provide a replacement.
