Exchange And Cancellation Policy
We want you to love what you wear. Please read our exchange and cancellation terms clearly:
1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Defective items
- Wrong product delivered
Conditions for exchange:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- Customer must share an unboxing video in case of damage/defect
Not eligible for exchange:
- Sale items / discounted products
- Customized or altered products
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
Once approved, we will:
- Pick up the product
- Issue a replacement or store credit (valid for 3 months)
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- Refunds (if eligible) will be issued as store credit only
3. Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds except in cases where we cannot provide a replacement.
